Our standard policy provides a 30-day return-request period beginning on the date your order is delivered, subject to the eligibility conditions stated in that policy.

Do not return an item without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Pawora Essentials uses Shopify to host and operate the online store.

All purchases made from this store are transactions directly between you and the business operating Pawora Essentials. Shopify is not the seller of the Pawora Essentials products you purchase through this store.

Shopify provides the ecommerce platform and may also provide or facilitate payment, technical, security, analytics, and other services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify is not responsible for Pawora Essentials products, order fulfillment, customer support, returns, warranties, or disputes between you and Pawora Essentials.

Nothing in this section limits any responsibility that Shopify may independently have under an agreement directly between you and Shopify or under applicable law.

Our collection, use, disclosure, and processing of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

Because Shopify hosts the Services, Shopify may also collect and process personal information relating to your use of the store. Shopify’s processing is governed by its applicable privacy documentation.

This license does not transfer ownership of your Feedback to us.

We may moderate or remove Feedback when we reasonably believe it is:

Where external reviews are displayed:

• They do not indicate that the reviewer purchased from Pawora Essentials

• They must relate to the same product or a materially identical product

• They will not be labeled as a verified Pawora Essentials purchase unless we can verify the purchase through our store

• Any translation, formatting, or shortening should not materially change the reviewer’s expressed experience

Reviews displayed on the website must not be interpreted as a guarantee that every customer will achieve the same result.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Section 23 – No Waiver and Entire Agreement

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with the policies and conditions referenced in them, form the agreement between you and Pawora Essentials concerning your use of the Services and purchases from the store.

They replace prior communications or agreements concerning the same subject, except for a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Pawora Essentials.

Section 24 – Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your material rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

We may transfer our rights and obligations in connection with a legitimate restructuring, merger, sale, transfer of business, or similar transaction, provided that your mandatory consumer rights are not reduced.

This choice of law does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws that would otherwise apply in their place of residence.

Before beginning formal proceedings, you and Pawora Essentials are encouraged to contact one another and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith.

Where legally permitted, courts responsible for the location of the business operating Pawora Essentials will have jurisdiction.

However, consumers may also have the right to bring a claim in another court, including a court in their place of residence, where applicable law provides that right.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to:
